Taipei, November 14, 2025 — Yuban & Company (Taiwan) today announced that it has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Thailand-based Nikornkij & Sons to establish a joint-venture company, Yubantec (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
The signing ceremony took place in Taipei, marking a significant milestone in strengthening industrial collaboration between Taiwan and Thailand. The new joint venture will focus on expanding business in the fields of HVAC&R, energy management, and semiconductor component distribution across Thailand and the broader Southeast Asian region.

Founded in 1970, Yuban has grown into a diversified company with two major business divisions:
▪ HVAC&R Business Division:
Specializes in the sales, engineering, and after-sales service of HVAC and refrigeration systems, as well as energy management solutions.
Yuban has maintained a close partnership with Mitsubishi Electric of Japan for more than 50 years, serving as a key distributor of its HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, compressors, and drive control solutions.
▪ Electronics Business Division:
Focuses on the distribution of semiconductor and electronic components.
Yuban is a major distribution partner of Infineon Technologies (Germany) in the Greater China region and also represents a wide range of semiconductor products from Japan and China in Greater China and overseas markets.
With over five decades of accumulated industry experience, Yuban has established a strong reputation for technical capability, channel development, and market expertise.
Nikornkij & Sons (NKK) is one of Thailand’s leading industrial and investment groups
Founded in 1991 by the Suriyasat family, whose business roots trace back to the early stages of Thailand’s manufacturing industry, NKK operates across industrial investment, logistics, and warehouse development.
Key milestones include:
▪1963: Establishment of TEI Company, which later became a joint venture with the Toshiba Group, producing home appliances such as refrigerators, microwaves, and rice cookers.
▪1987: Development of the Bangkadi Industrial Park (483 acres), Thailand’s first private industrial park, now home to more than 30 renowned manufacturing companies.
▪2019: Expansion into logistics sector through the establishment of KNS Logistics Service Company, with the aim of becoming a leading logistics provider.
With a strong industrial foundation and extensive resources, Nikornkij & Sons is recognized as a significant force in Thailand’s manufacturing and logistics sectors.
