At the Automotive Electronics Show, YubanTec will showcase Infineon's comprehensive electric vehicle (EV) driver solutions. This includes the multi-core MCU Aurix series, the multifunctional PMIC series, the pre-driver (Gate Driver) 1EDI20xx series, the Boost Driver 1EBN1001AE, and the high-power vehicle-grade power module HybridPACK Drive FSxxx series. The HybridPACK Drive series is a highly scalable automotive-grade power module, allowing customers to select from various IGBT or SiC power modules based on their power requirements, ranging from 100 kW to 190 kW and exceeding 200 kW.
