The EMS (Energy Management System) automatically collects data and manages equipment. Through the Yuban Cloud platform, this data is visualized for easier understanding. Customers can use mobile apps to access data trend charts, allowing them to quickly assess the status of their equipment. Historical data analysis helps customers regularly review their store's power consumption, enhancing overall management efficiency.
In the event of an equipment malfunction, the Yuban Cloud platform automatically sends an alarm via LINE push notifications. This enables customers to address issues more swiftly, minimizing the risk of equipment failure and potential losses.
If the EMS host becomes disconnected from the Yuban Cloud platform, it can still automatically control on-site equipment. This feature helps alleviate customer concerns about unpredictable on-site situations that may arise due to disconnection.

Store owners can remotely monitor the data from their store using an online dashboard. The types of data available for the Carrefour Convenience Store include:
1. Power usage for each piece of equipment
2. Start-up status of air conditioning units (including both traditional package air conditioners and inverter models)
3. Refrigeration temperature trends and current status
4. Internal and external air temperature and humidity levels
以時間序列方式進行溫度調控，依據場域熱門/冷門時段進行空調溫度控制，最高可節省空調系統23.5%之能耗。
在將要超約之時間點，透過需量控制程式調降空調耗電，進而規避超約罰款的費用。
相對於即時數據，有萬提供整月的報表提供業主回顧，快速閱覽並比較整店耗電的比例與上月耗電。
