1. Conduct monthly audits of each unit, or as needed, according to the audit plan. Submit the audit report to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Independent Directors. The Audit Supervisor will attend each board meeting to present the audit findings.

Completion of network reporting for the following items within the deadline set by the Securities and Futures Bureau, Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan:

3. Report on the previous year's “Audit Plan Implementation Status” by the end of February.
